Private Pilot License

  • Class II Medical Certification
  • Private pilot theory completed
  • 40 minimum flight hours
  • Take check ride with the ANAC inspector

Commercial Pilot License

Your pathway to professional aviation

  • Private airplane pilot license
  • Be 18 years old as minimum age
  • Class II medical certification (CMA)

    Class I required at examination time

  • High school certificate
  • Approved aeronautical knowledge requirements
200 FLIGHT HOURS minimum

After obtaining your Airplane Pilot license

  • 120 hours as pilot in command
  • 80 hours on cross-country flights (as pilot in command)
  • 30 hours of instrument flight under hood
  • 10 hours of night flight
  • Remainder in local training flights (as pilot in command)
